Forging Facility
+ Forgings operations are performed with screw presses and drop forging hammers upto 10 kgs billet shearing machines for billet cutting supported by power press for secondary operations.
+ induction and oil fired furnace available for billet heating. (Specified Temp. 1000oC to 1200oC).
+ Subsequent trimming operation to remove excess material in done on power press Short blasting / Sand Blasting faculity is avalibale as per clients requirement.
